What kind of motors does Wangpai Motor manufacture?
Wangpai manufactures DC motors (Z4, Z, Z2, ZZJ), three-phase asynchronous motors (YE3, Y, YKK, YKS, YR), permanent magnet synchronous motors (TYCP, TYPKK, TBVP) and explosion-proof motors (YBX4, TBVP, TBGP).
What is the power and voltage range of your motors?
Our motors cover 0.4 kW to 5000 kW and voltages from 110 V to 10000 V, so we can match low-voltage and high-voltage (3 / 6 / 10 kV) requirements.
How do I choose the right motor for my application?
Send us the load torque, speed, voltage, duty cycle and any special requirement (explosion-proof, variable speed, etc.) and we will recommend the correct frame and power rating.
How do I work out the motor kW for a pump, fan or compressor?
Use the shaft power from the machine curve (flow and head for a pump), add the transmission and duty margin, then round up to the nearest standard kW rating.
Do you offer custom motors?
Yes. Voltage, power rating, speed, mounting (B3/B5/B35), shaft and cooling are customizable. Send your requirements and we will confirm the design.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model; small and medium motors are usually available in low quantity. Contact us with the model and quantity for confirmation.
What is the lead time?
Standard motors are usually 15-30 days; custom designs and large high-voltage motors take longer. We confirm the exact lead time with your order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We commonly accept T/T (bank transfer) and will confirm terms with your order. Contact us for details.
Do you provide certificates (ISO, CE) and explosion-proof motors?
Yes. Wangpai is ISO9001 / ISO14001 certified and offers CE-certified and explosion-proof (Ex) motors for hazardous areas.
What is the warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty under normal operating conditions and can offer after-sales technical support.
